Spacious bar area for relaxing after a long day.

The initial check-in process could be a bit frustrating.

the hotel was rly nice with friendly staff who helped me a lot. the room was clean n comfy with good soundproofing so no noise from planes. breakfast had so many choices and was super tasty. plus, there were lots of bus options for getting to underground stations, which was a big help. overall, great stay!

the only downside was the slow elevator and the initial check-in process could be a bit frustrating.

I had a bit of a rough time with travel plans, but the staff here were super kind and helpful. They even shared some yogurt and water with me when I needed it. The room was way more comfy than I expected. Breakfast was nice, but it would’ve been better if they offered more varieties. Great spot overall, though!

I stayed just one night in the King Room and it was pure bliss! The soundproofing worked wonders. I could watch planes take off without hearing a thing. The staff were extraordinary, rushing to help when I realized I forgot my UK adapter—seriously, they saved my night! 🛌💼

ideal base for exploring parks and attractions near heathrow

I felt incredibly welcomed during my stay, especially when the kitchen stayed open for me to grab a quick dinner after a long travel day, and the location made it easy to explore beautiful parks like Cranford Park, only just about 3.5 km away for a refreshing stroll while taking in the scenery.

I had a pleasant experience during my stay, especially given the proximity to the airport. The bar area was spacious and made for a great spot to unwind after a long journey. The breakfast offered a fantastic variety, making it a highlight of my stay. I did encounter some delays during the check-in process, which could be frustrating at times.

i had a lovely stay here, my previous experience at a different hotel in hillingdon was forgettable, but this time i was impressed. the room was spacious and had convenient charging points all around. the bar area was a perfect spot to unwind after my travels, making this stay much more enjoyable.

air conditioning didn’t cool properly

The room was clean and quiet, with an extremely comfortable bed. Staff displayed kindness and helpfulness throughout my stay. The breakfast offered a wonderful variety of hot and cold items, and room service was prompt, delivering fresh and tasty food within 20 minutes. the airport shuttle can take longer due to multiple stops, and while parking was convenient, it might get full during peak times. Despite the limitations, the overall experience was very pleasant.
